ORIGINS
We aim for perfection in everything we do. We launched the first adjustable upper control arms for model 3 at the end of 2017. Since then, we have gone through several versions, many of which were kept for internal development and have never been released. Over the years, we have grown and had the pleasure of supporting thousands of trams and setting race records around the world. Our experience led us to what we internally called our front upper control arm version 4. In simple terms, we think it's the ultimate. Patent-pending quick camber change pill
We drive our race cars on the track on autopilot, set lap records and return home. This is the preferred way to experience the incredible duality of a Tesla being the perfect daily and perfect track weapon. We wanted an ultimate precision solution for quick camber change. We proposed a quick-change pill design with two settings that can be swapped on the track in 5 minutes using an Allen key and a floor jack. You will notice from a top view the clear labeling of the ball joint's street or track camber adjustment. The beauty of this design (apart from the speed of swapping) is that it is precision designed and machined to allow the most precise and consistent alignment adjustment retention which is not achievable as precisely in any other way. We all spend a lot of time and money getting finely tuned alignment parameters for our cars. This method maintains precise alignment between quick camber changes from street to track. You never have to worry about alignments staying exactly where you set them, even after many quick camber changes. Simply enjoy two additional degrees of negative camber on the track and when you replace it, you will be perfectly aligned to your original street alignment.
No expense spared - Asymmetrical billet design with camber, caster, and toe adjustment
It's not cheap to install parts, get alignment, and race. We understand why cut the budget when a few more hundred dollars can make a difference in performance, let's just build the best product money can buy. Indeed, it was not cheap to manufacture. Each single-piece aluminum arm wraps the ball joint in a massively rigid asymmetrical design. You will notice that the laser engraving indicates left and right sides reflecting this. Each side has easy access tensioners and lower access adjustment points for alignment and offers total control of camber, caster, and toe for ultimate alignment options. The shape is precisely CAD sculpted to optimize suspension travel and retains clearance in full compression.
Negative Camber - Sure how much?
More than you can afford. Seriously, when we tested our race car, we reached a maximum of 5.8 degrees of negative camber on our race setting (3.8 degrees on the street pill setting). It's safe to say there's more camber adjustment possible than anyone would ever need. Want to lift your car and go off-road? No problem, these can also go to positive camber to compensate for increased height. This design allows for maximum flexibility in the adjustable camber range. Please note that the actual max / min camber depends on variables such as vehicle body height and the type of spring / shock absorber combination.
Design of sealed spherical bearings quiet and low vibration
We have set several race records with these, but you can also enjoy them for your daily commute in blissful meditative silence activated by autopilot. We guarantee it, as well as all our suspension products.
The quality you can see
We spend a lot on materials and we like to show them off in a high-tech way. We use a robust and corrosion-resistant transparent Cerakote coating to encapsulate and highlight the CNC machined and laser engraved 6061-T6 aeronautical quality aluminum.
Wheel speed sensor mounting
Although this is not shown in the initial photos, we include in the design an integrated attachment point to securely fix the wheel speed sensor line.
